Core Erotic Theme: Discover Your Personal Erotic Makeup

Ever wonder why some sexual encounters or fantasies are so much hotter or more satisfying than others?

According to Jack Morin, Ph.D., author of “The Erotic Mind”, we all have a Core Erotic Theme (CET) that is unique to our life experiences and preferences. When we can tap into the feelings and emotions that underlie our CET during sexual encounters, we have more fulfilling sex.

This workshop will outline the building blocks of Core Erotic Theme and lay the foundation for you to discover your own.

You will:
–Experience an easy somatic exercise that you can do at home to connect you more easily with your own erotic energy.
–Learn the basic building blocks of Core Erotic Theme and how to start connecting them with your personal experiences.
–Participate in a sexy guided meditation to inspire you in your process.
–Gain a framework to aid your continued exploration outside of class.

This class is for adults of any gender, sexuality, or relationship structure. Sliding scale: $20-$40.

The East Bay Community Space is wheelchair accessible and the Telegraph Room has an all gender ADA accessible bathroom stall.
