ILDIKA ALDA – Silk Painting Artist from Hungary

„My paintings are subjective images from the bounds of the creative power and vulnerable transience – Showing what and how can be born out of me in the here and now.
I am using natural silk as the intermediary agent for my paintings, representing both the frustration and the opportunity for transformation given to us by the transition between life and death.”

About me:
My name is Ildika Alda, I am a Silk Painter Artist and Naturopath from Budapest, Hungary. I began silk painting as a practice of self expression which created a relaxed state and heightened energy level for me.
I hold therapeutic silk painting workshops for underprivileged women.
I started an association to support beginning silk artists.
