Jealousy First Aid with Dawn Davidson and Kathy Labriola
Join us for Jealousy First Aid, a lively, informative, and interactive workshop with Dawn Davidson, of “Love Outside the Box,” and Kathy Labriola, author of Love in Abundance and The Jealousy Workbook.
During this enlightening two hour evening, you’ll learn:
– Ways to recognize, understand, and reduce your jealousy
– Dawn’s “Jealousy Diagnostic Tool” containing 44 potential jealousy triggers
– The difference between envy, coveting, and jealousy, as well as effective approaches to overcome each one.
– Three obstacles to experiencing Compersion and ways to develop more compersion for your partners.
This workshop will also include a bonus opportunity to share your own personal “Worst Case Jealousy Scenario” and get help and advice from Dawn, Kathy, and other participants.
While this workshop is primarily catered towards people interested in open relating or already in some form of open relationship, anybody struggling with or working through jealousy is encouraged to come.

KATHY LABRIOLA
Kathy Labriola is a nurse, counselor, and hypnotherapist in private practice in Berkeley, California. She is the author of two books published by Greenery Press, Love in Abundance: A Counselor’s Advice on Open Relationships, and The Jealousy Workbook. She has been a card-carrying bisexual and polyamorist for over 40 years.
