Loving All the Way .:. Friday Night Dance Alchemy, February 2022

Join our revived Community as we gather to celebrate LOVE. After a stirring warm-up and a soothing meditation, we draw on Open Floor’s spacious blueprint. Through gentle facilitation, we move from self-connection to dyadic work to group play, culminating in Open Dance with the All. In this Alchemical cauldron, we invite our longing and our heartbreak to Transform. Whether subtle or expansive (or both), we uncover our own answers to the question: “What IS the Way of Love?”

As it’s the Year of the Tiger, we will boldly cross into New territory: In-Person dancing WITH a Zoom simulcast!

***BRING***:

-A Mask: required for this month (N95 or KN95/94 preferred, surgical mask ok).

-Your ID.

OR an official medical exemption PLUS a Negative PCR test taken within 2 days (i.e. Wed. afternoon/eve). No rapid/antigen tests. This is in line with Oakland and SF County’s requirement for Fitness spaces.

-A water bottle.

-Layers (space will be well-ventilated/windows may be open).
