We’re excited to welcome back the Technologies of the Sacred team, in collaboration with Grof Legacy Training USA, for a weekend GROF® Breathwork workshop here at East Bay Community Space.
GROF® Breathwork is a powerful practice rooted in decades of research into non-ordinary states of consciousness by psychiatrist and consciousness researcher Dr. Stanislav Grof, together with Christina Grof. This substance-free approach uses breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork, and supportive facilitation to help participants access expanded states of awareness.
People are often drawn to this work for:
· Emotional healing and release
· Integration of expanded-state or psychedelic experiences
· Insight, creativity, and a deeper sense of inner wholeness
· Self-exploration and professional development
This workshop is facilitated by a certified GROF® Breathwork team and held in a carefully crafted container of safety, care, and professionalism.
