We have the following main facilities for rent:
—Main Space (Oak floor, roughly 30 x 40). This space has a sound system, DJ booth, and stage lighting. It can be configured with a portable stage that can be 8′ or 16′ wide, and 4′, 8′ or 12′ deep. Depending on the size of the stage, seating capacity ranges from about 60 to 90.
—Mezzanine (Carpeted, roughly 30 x 12). Overlooks the Main Space.
–Telegraph Room (Storefront space at the corner of Telegraph and 55th Street. Entry directly from Telegraph. Varnished plywood floor and extensive track lighting. Roughly 25′ by 40′.)
— Classroom / Meeting Room / Meditation Room (carpeted, roughly 12 x 15). Private separate room.
For public events, we assist with outreach and publicity, in the form of the calendar on this website and announcements on our Facebook group and page. Our café, The Well, also offers its awesome menu at most times during the day and early evening, and can also provide catering for night-time events.
The building is fully permitted, accessible, and built to modern codes. It includes fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and multiple exit routes. We have a wheelchair lift serving our second floor spaces, and ADA-compliant access. We have six gender neutral toilets, showers, changing space and a sauna.
To find out about availability of our facilities on a particular date, please contact us. You can see a calendar of PUBLIC events here, but we have multiple rooms available and our event calendar does not include private events, so you can’t infer availability from our calendar.
