Rhythm and Rest
December 6 @ 8:00 am - December 7 @ 2:00 am
Join us for an evening of collective healing, music, and community.
Jerusalem Coffee House will be serving drinks and snacks while we relax in comfy spaces provided by Pillow Pasha.
The evening begins with a guided sound bath, focused on collective grief in a time of genocide, accompanied by live oud music from Clarissa Bitar.
After a break for snacks, conversations, and lounging, Clarissa will return for a full set, followed by DJ Wheezy who will carry the night into electronic dance beats.
The event will take place between Jerusalem Coffee House & East Bay Community Space, which are connected via one hallway. The community center will be transformed into cozy, relaxed spaces where you can dance, chat with friends, and explore Pillow Pasha’s line of organic pillows. All pillows are made locally by refugees who’ve relocated to the Bay Area, and a portion of all pillow proceeds for the night will go to ANERA.
Cafe hours will be 8pm-11pm and the community space will stay open from 8pm-2am.
We hope to see you there for a night of healing, music, and community!
