Dear Yoga Community,

Join me for my weekly virtual yoga class, Wednesday Morning Yoga Practice.

Thank your for asking me to show up online, and supporting the work that I do. I would also love to support you in your practice and on your journey of life through this challenging moment. While many teachers have been working virtually for a while, this is a new format for me, as someone who just delights in the experience of sharing our practice energy together in a physical space!

That being said, a live streaming class can be more like a real class than you might expect. In this new phase of life, our virtual sessions allow us to come together, see each other, and connect in the space of practice.

I’m grateful for the technology that makes it possible for us to do this! Thanks for your patience with me as I iron out the online experience.

Dear Yoga Community,

Join me for my weekly virtual yoga class, Friday Afternoon Vinyasa Flow Yoga Practice.

Moment by moment, breath by breath…
