I’m SO excited to begin hosting a WEEKLY WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT SONG CIRCLE at the East Bay Commuity Space!
TUESDAYS 5-6:20PM
My vision with this circle is to encourage us all to come more into our voices through song, so we can step into our voices more fully in other areas of our lives (like feeling more confidant in asking for what we want, feeling more confidant in sharing our voices in general)
This an opportunity for you to be courageous and support yourself individually by sharing your voice, while also feeling and contributing to the support and power of our collective sisterhood.
The framework of how I’ll be hosting these circles is intentionally one that offers an example of HOW we can support sisters in a effective, expansive, non-competitive way that you all can carry with you out into your life.
Speaking of which, you all will EACH have the opporuntity to *SHARE A SONG* or whatever you feel called to offer to the group! My one request is that what ever you share, it has a portion in it that we can all say, chant, or sing with you.
A good mantra for this gathering:
