This is a ONE HOUR yoga flow focused on breath work, core strength and dynamic movements. This class is designed for ALL body types! Big bodies, small bodies, bodies with injuries, all welcome!
Self care and self love is the main focus of this one hour class, and will be acknowledged throughout the hour.
Angela uses Health at Every Size, Yoga For All, Curvy Yoga and Hatha principles.

Please contact me before class if you have any limitations with being on the floor. You are more than welcome to do chair modifications, but this isn’t a specific chair yoga class. Space is wheelchair accessible.
