Tantra approaches lovemaking as a spiritual practice. This means sex is a pathway to heal our wounds, meet our shadow, experience to expanded states of consciousness, and awaken to the true nature of Self. Come learn how to harness your sexual energy as fuel for spiritual growth. Tantric lovemaking has no goal beyond realization – it’s not about performance, conquest, giving, receiving or any of the myriad other reasons we have sex. In fact, the practice involves removing all goals, concepts, and expectations and instead moving into the spontaneous present moment. Beyond the stories and beliefs about what intercourse means, we become truly alive.
In this workshop, you will learn:
* Tantric lovemaking ritual – how to bring the sacred into your lovemaking
* Tools for male-bodies to unlock wave after wave of multiple non-ejaculatory orgasm
* The 7 primary types of female-bodied orgasms and how to expand your orgasmic capacity
And you will have the invitation to experience:
* Letting go of expectations and limiting beliefs around desires
* Inhabiting the spontaneous present moment through intimate connection
* Channeling your body’s energy and sharing it with a partner
What to Expect
The Embodied Erotic approach begins with a foundation of safety and consent. Within that strong, trauma-informed and grounded container we invite in the full expression of our bodies to be met with presence and held with love. We provide the tools to respectfully explore our erotic and sensual sides so that everyone feels connected and celebrated. Our approach is body-based and experiential. We bring practical simplicity to make sacred spirituality accessible and fun. All of this together creates the space for your full, embodied radiance to shine!
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of experience. While we will be talking about lovemaking and exploring sensual energy, there will be no explicit contact and clothing will stay on. Caity Reilly – is a somatic sex educator & coach, Tantric and Shamanic practitioner dedicated to supporting other on the journey of radical embodiment, sensual awakening, and coming home to the Heart. She is passionate about creating a world healed from sexual trauma and is dedicated to birthing a new paradigm of integrated and holistic sexuality and relating. Caity is the co-founder of Embodied Erotic and is the founder of Serpent & Rose, communities dedicated to sharing the teachings of the body and the erotic as gateways to healing trauma and sexual awakening. She has spent the last 4+ years teaching about core shamanic practices, earth-based ritual, somatic coaching and Tantra as practices that lead us towards embodiment sensual awakening, and the Heart as the path.
Matt Sturm – Co-founder of Embodied Erotic, yoga teacher, somatic therapist, and sexual healer. My work integrates mindfulness, yoga, and ritual into the path of spiritual growth. I teach hands-on methods for inhabiting our bodies, connecting with the breath, cultivating deep intimacy, and tuning in to the universal love within us all.
