The Radiant Heart Puja is a safe and sacred space to share in connection, tap into our own divine sexual energy, and to deeply open into the Heart. This ceremony takes us through a series of Neo-Tantric meditations, breathwork, authentic movement, and guided heart-opening partnered experiences. You will open the senses, feel into the sensuality of the body, create radical presence and boldly and authentically share your Heart. The Radiant Heart Ceremony is based on the poetry of The Radiance Sutras, by Lorin Roche. The Radiance Sutras is a modern interpretation of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, a core ancient Tantric text, filled with practices that lead into “the joyous union with the life of the universe”.
Our Approach
In this workshop, we’ll focus most on your embodied experience. That means less talk and more DOING. We’ll call you into your body and presence. Our approach is highly somatic, because we believe that when you learn by feeling directly in your body, you gain a deep understanding that leads to lasting transformation. The foundation of our container is a sense of safety and respect within the group, and an openness to feel into whatever is true for you in the moment. This creates space for your authentic expression and a blossoming of your full radiant being.

Caity Flanagan – Co-Founder of Embodied Erotic. Caity bridges the worlds of love and alchemy together through her practices as a modern day medicine woman. Her combination of somatic and shamanic practices allows her to move seamlessly between the physical and mystic worlds in service of body, mind, heart and spirit. She deeply believes that everyone can live a fully embodied and purpose-driven life. Caity has studied The Radiance Sutras and with Lorin Roche for the past 6 years, this text and Tantric meditation are at the core of all of her work as a healer and educator.
Matt Sturm – Founder of Embodied Erotic, yoga teacher, somatic therapist, and relationship coach. I am following a calling to share the gift of sacred relating with the world. My work integrates meditation, yoga, and ritual into the path of spiritual growth. I teach hands-on methods for inhabiting our bodies, connecting with the breath, cultivating deep intimacy, and tuning in to the universal love within us all.
