A movement based approach to the heart, body, mind and spirit connection, Essential Motion brings greater harmony to our daily life and relationships. This introductory workshop is led by Diahna Fortuna and Felicia Tripp.
We will explore body listening techniques through breath, meditation, and improvisational movement in a relaxed, judgment-free, brave space.
We will practice:
Trusting body sensations as a guide toward understanding ourselves
Cultivating body centering tools to calm ourselves
Befriending ourselves and extending friendship to others
Releasing stress while acknowledging our emotions
Grounding conscious body awareness for greater resilience
Building connection with mutual trust and curiosity
As we cultivate conscious presence in our bodies, we begin to move through daily life with more power, ease, grace, and joy.
