Five Element Yoga
A body positive approach to joyful movement using earth based knowledge.
This class is at a moderate pace, and this is a mat based class with music.
Focus:
Finding balance between ease and strength
Feeling ease in breath and movement
Finding balance in your whole body through the elements around us.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early if it’s your first time at one of my classes, or first time at the East Bay Community Space.
Masks worn/6 feet apart.
