More about the artists:

Aima the Dreamer has been rockin’ crowds from Oakland to Barcelona, as a vocalist and MC with groups such as Femme Deadly Venoms, J-Boogie’s Dubtronic Science, Goddess Alchemy Project, and Jazz Mafia. All of this in addition to her own solo project has given her a variety of outlets with which to harness her energy as not only a talented MC, poet, and vocalist, but also as a strong, feminine woman who easily holds her own amongst a male-dominated industry. She has opened up for and been on the bill with such greats as Talib Kweli, Roy Ayers, Nneka, Robert Glasper, Mc Lyte, Les Nubians to name a few. She is currently with Femme Deadly Venoms alongside DJ, turntabalist, producer, and vocalist Lady Fingaz in a sweet gumbo of Hip Hop, Funk, Soul, and Electronica. This dynamic duo shares a musical point of view that spans space and time. A refreshing balance between smart and sultry lyrics over smoking hot beats. Lady Fingaz and Aima the Dreamer invite the world to experience their music as a journey and not a destination.

Jada Imani is a workshop facilitator, MC, and co-founder of the Tatu Vision movement. She works towards a vision of regenerative communities through her performance and healing arts. Jada builds coalitions with communities of poets, hip-hop heads, entrepreneurs, and permaculturists alike. She curates and hosts at least two events on behalf of Tatu Vision each month. These events are intentional, donation-based, and all ages.

Jasmine Fuego is a singer, dancer and ARTivist deeply committed to creating art in service to justice, self empowerment and liberation. In 2014, she co-founded the Permaculture Action Network,an organization that bridges art and ecology through action, with a group of community organizers and environmental educators. During the school year she teaches mindfulness & emotional intelligence to K-12th graders in Richmond, Ca with the Mindful Life Project. She has hosted and curated spaces at events such as the North American Permaculture Convergence, Symbiosis Gathering and Oregon Eclipse 2017.
