This Knot Love workshop is a unique approach to developing deeper intimacy through open-hearted movement, meditation, and erotic rope play!
Looking for a hot way to re-ignite or deepen the existing passion in your relationship along with developing greater intimacy with your partner? Want to add some hot new skills to spice up your bedroom repertoire? Curious about rope bondage but intimidated about how to start?
This workshop isn’t just about rope tying techniques. It’s about learning how to stay connected to your lover, read their desires and needs, and build a scene together that cultivates trust, passion, and connection. It’s also about learning to embody relaxation, confidence, and awareness inside yourself. This class is a wonderful combination of kink, tantra, and spirituality!
The workshop will start with short open-hearted movement and meditation exercises to help you and your partner feel deeply connected. You will learn how to relax your bodies, open your hearts. and gather Qi (or life energy) from all around you. This provides a foundation for building intimacy and a more connected rope play experience.
You will learn rope safety fundamentals, consent, boundaries, and other considerations for both partners. You will learn ways to stay aware and communicate with your partner during the entire rope scene. This helps ensure that both partners feel safe, respected, and heard.
I will show fun “no knot” techniques that have a lot of possibilities with no need for technical knowledge. We will explore how the rope is simply a physical extension of the energy and connection that exists between you and your partner.
You will also learn several ties and knots that can be used as a foundation for many rope techniques and bondage positions. I will share ways to improvise the ties you perform to keep your partner guessing. And we will keep a focus on maintaining and nurturing a continuous connection with your partner.
By the end of this workshop session both of you will have the skills necessary for fun, hot, safe, and connected rope play with endless possibilities! No prior experience with rope is necessary and beginners are very welcome. Singles will be paired with other willing singles. I will have some high quality hand-made, hand-conditioned jute bondage rope for use and sale at the workshop. $35 for a rope kit including two pieces of rope (10m and 5m lengths), EMT safety shears, and a carabiner.
Advance registration is recommended! Tickets are available at a sliding scale of $25 – $45. Please chose the highest level that is comfortable for you.
