Nonviolent Communication is a world-famous, proven, and time-tested methodology for resolving conflict, fostering compassionate understanding, and creating exceptional personal and professional relationships.

In this exclusive and one-of-a-kind weekend workshop, expert NVC Collaborative Trainers Meganwind Eoyang and Susan Strasburger will teach you: 
– The four foundational NVC principles
– How to transform self-judgments into self-empathy
– How to discover deeper meaning and increase harmony with others
-The importance of saying NO with compassion
– Skills to stay emotionally connected even through conflict
– What empathy is and what empathy isn’t
– Why most relationships get stuck and how to overcome the most common obstacles in creating deeper connection
– New ways to speak powerfully and compassionately

Whether you are totally new or experienced to NVC, this workshop will deepen and expand your understanding of nonviolent principles, compassionate communication, and how to build emotional and authentic connection.

This workshop is open to all genders, sexual orientations, relationship statuses, and levels of experience with NVC.

SUSAN STRASBURGER, PhD
Susan Strasburger, PhD, learned NVC over 20 years ago, but started truly “living it” during Bay NVC’s Immersion Program in 2007. Since then, she has shared it with others through her private counseling practice with individuals and couples in Emeryville, as well as in community and organizational settings. MEGANWIND EOYANG
Meganwind Eoyang has dedicated her life to sharing NVC principles and tools in order to spread empowerment and choice. For over 15 years Meganwind has offered trainings in Nonviolent Communication to colleges, organizations, individual and couples. As a founding member & manager of the Safer Communities Project, Meganwind also teaches weekly NVC classes for inmates in San Quentin State Prison, in county jails, and for parolees and their families.
