Tantra approaches lovemaking as a spiritual practice where we harness our energy as fuel for spiritual growth. Through this, our lovemaking becomes an act of prayer. With our intimate connection with our partner, we can see divine light within each other, come into expanded states of consciousness, and touch into our vast inter-connectedness with all of life.
Here’s what to expect
In this dynamic workshop, you and your partner will have quality time to go deep with one another, learning how to bring more sacred connection into your lovemaking and relationship. You’ll get to feel wildly alive in your body and connect with that creative, vibrant flow within yourself, inviting more joy and fun into your lives! From that place of embodied vitality, you’ll learn practical tools to excite your passion for each other.
You’ll learn:
* The 4 key elements of Tantric lovemaking
* How to create your own Tantric ritual
* Practices for calling in the divine to flow through you and your partner
* The Nyasa Ritual to awaken the chakras
* The sacred Yab-Yum position and Tantric breathing techniques
In this fully-clothed workshop, you and your partner will be guided through a Tantric ritual so you get the direct experience to take and practice at home. You’ll practice harnessing your body’s energy and opening to more intimacy with your partner.
Our Approach
In this workshop, we’ll focus most on your embodied experience. That means less talk and more DOING. It means just the right amount of “woo”, and more practical exercises that you can take back into your lives. Our approach is highly somatic, because we believe that when you learn by feeling directly in your body, you gain a deep understanding that leads to lasting transformation. The foundation of our container is a sense of safety and respect within the group, and an openness to feel into whatever is true for you in the moment. This creates space for your authentic expression and a blossoming of your full radiant being.

This is an introductory workshop to Tantra, no prior experience needed – just open minds and hearts. Everyone will remain fully clothed, but you are invited to share as much yummy energy with your partner as you like.
You must come with a partner, lover, or buddy! Open to couples and triads of all genders and orientations. Whether you’re brand new or in a longterm relationship, this class has something to offer.

Caity Flanagan – Co-Founder of Embodied Erotic. Caity bridges the worlds of love and alchemy together through her practices as a modern day medicine woman. Her combination of tantra, somatic, and shamanic practices allows her to move seamlessly between the physical and mystic worlds in service of body, mind, heart and spirit. She deeply believes that everyone can live a fully embodied and purpose-driven life.
Matt Sturm – Co-Founder of Embodied Erotic, yoga teacher, somatic therapist, and relationship coach. I am following a calling to share the gift of sacred relating with the world. My work integrates meditation, yoga, and ritual into the path of spiritual growth. I teach hands-on methods for inhabiting our bodies, connecting with the breath, cultivating deep intimacy, and tuning in to the universal love within us all.
