Oakland Lesbian Date Night: Taking Pride In Your Pleasure [Telegraph Room]

This is for you if you are ready for a different kind of date night where you really get to connect with yourself and with each other in a substance-free environment where your love is celebrated in community with other couples!

6:45pm yoga movement for all levels: Clear your day and get present in your own body before connecting with your partner. So often we attempt to connect with another before we’ve resourced ourselves. We’ll share simple practices to tune into your body, mind and spirit as a foundation for the quality or connection you want with your beloved.

7:15-7:30pm Break

7:30-9pm Enjoy conscious connection explorations with your beloved that leave you feeling more aliveness in yourself and within your relationship.

Sometimes it can feel as though we’ve already seen everything there is to see in our partner and we can get caught in seeing them through the filter of who they’ve been, missing out on who they really are NOW. In a series of practices we’ll get to see and be seen in a new light, creating more playfulness, intimacy, trust and presence.
