I’m teaching yoga!
I’m so excited to share this wonderful practice with you. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, you are welcome!
These classes will be based on the Gift Economy and so there is no minimum price to be paid. Give what you can, when you can. I don’t want cost to ever be barrier to people who seek to practice.
People of color and other marginalized communities are super encouraged to attend as my goal in learning to teach yoga was to always share this practice with those that have been left out of the yoga studios but who could benefit from a consistent practice.
