It’s time.
As a scattered and busy woman, chronically overextended in work, family and service, how often do you dismiss the need for self care oriented towards feeding and growing you to the depths of who you are — which is different than getting a massage or a pedicure?
If you’re like most of the women I talk to, you neglect your self all the time.
But at what cost?
Recently, Shana reached out to me and shared this same longing — to find a way to meet this call in the context of the times we live in. So, together we began to dream into manifesting a local sisterhood suited to the reality of our schedules and the depth of our need.
We imagine…
A sacred space to check in with one’s self and be held and gently guided in a container that has depth and wisdom without dogma or rules.
A consistent experience that can easily fit into our schedules so we can settle into a long view of our personal development while building a purposeful community.
A no pressure sisterhood experience where we can each relax into a rhythm of self & other that isn’t forced.
A meeting with self that is spiritual in nature, in that it provides the conditions for tapping into our deepest core, but also provides the freedom to source that connection our unique way.
A powerful encounter that will leave us centered in our inner knowing with reliability and strength.
A way to engage with the global situation without needing to know exactly how or when we will show up — supported in the truth that our wise personal care and development is integral to being of service in the world in good and impactful ways.
